I want to like this item, I really do. It holds a good amount of coffee and in all is pretty well-constructed. Only thing is, it leaks. I'll go to take a sip and coffee will come pouring out the side where the lid meets the cup. The lid fits well, and noting seems to be out of place or broken. It just leaks. Pretty bummed to have spent so much money on something so unusable.

Purchased two (2) cups, one of which will be for a gift. I have two (2) complaints: 1. lid is NOT spill proof. 2. Upper third of cup (where it flairs) is NOT insulated. Construction appears to be good, but only time will tell for sure. Other thoughts: wish it held more, as I love lots of coffee.

I bought this mug, and a few of the same as gifts. Personally, it is my favorite mug. It keeps hot water, coffee, tea, or whatever beverage you put into it hot for hours and I do mean hours. My only problem with this mug is the lid. The original lid that comes with it does not provide you with a tight vacuum seal. However, this is a solution and it won't burn a big hole in your pocket. Go on to timolino's website and buy a replacement cap. They do not sell directly to the public so you'll have to ask them where to buy. The "correct" replacement cap that you want for this mug is LD-B01. That is the timolino model number and it's slight different from the cap that is sold with this travel mug but it provides a tighter fit. Besides that, this is a great mug!

The coffee cup is not bad. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but I have a feeling that I'm looking for a rather obscure item which may or may not be findable. I ride my bike to work, and wanted to have a coffee cup that would (a) not spill and (b) handle being dropped and damaged. With (b), I've already dropped it on the road twice, and it has held up quite nicely there (the lid even remained on, which made me happy). As for (a), it does leak through the airhole at the top, so I can only fill it half full, but as I said, I imagine that's probably true with any coffee cup I would have bought, so I can't complain. (I was considering getting a klean kanteen, but I was worried that it would be too hot if I tried to hold it, and with its insulated sleeve wouldn't fit on a bike-mounted cup/bottle holder.) So, overall, a nice cup. Not what I was looking for, but that's certainly no fault of yours.

Mug is nicely made and so far has kept coffee hot for at least 3 hours---just started using it:) When you first start using it, it took me awhile to not burn myself as the coffee is so much hotter than my other mugs---even after 30 minutes! Would definitely recommend buying!

For the most part I like this travel mug. It keeps my coffee hot for most of the day. The shape of the mug fits perfectly in my car and I have not had any issues with coffee spilling out of the mug. My only issues with the mug are that the thumb pad was already peeling off when I received it in the mail. I had ordered 2 mugs and on both the thumb pad were peeling off. When the travel mug is closed, small amounts of coffee leaks out when the mug is tilted, so I wouldn't put a full mug in a bag. The mug also can not be placed in a dishwasher which makes it a little inconvenient.

This tumbler rocks. It keeps my coffee hot all day. The coffee is actually still warm by late evening. It doesn't leak. I've only had it a few weeks, but so far it seems pretty durable. I love this thing.

Not impressed with this coffee mug. The sticky thumb pad is already coming off after one use. Keeps beverages hot, but leaks in car. I like that its stainless, but overall, I do not recommend this product.

Good vacuum tumbler. The "vacuum", means that the lid doesn't screw on but is secured by suction by a rubber siding. Overall pretty good quality. The downsides are 1. rubber handle is not that nice (I personally don't like handling a plastic feeling handle) 2. Plastic top 3. a little heavy and think.

The Sigg water bottle is well made, durable, and light weight. I love it. The stainless steel vacuum tumbler is basically a good product, although the trim is poorly constructed and part of the trim came off when the tumbler was hand washed prior to the first use. I would rate the water bottle as very good and the tumbler as fair due to poor construction.

I love it! It is a great size and keeps hot beverages nice and warm for quite awhile. I've had other travel mugs, but this one is the best so far!
