This active top works really well. I really like the top that comes on the skinny ergonomic gatoraid bottles, which works by the same mechanism, so I was excited to try this top out.
I did have some trouble with it at first. I didn't notice at first the small "open" and "close" on the inner ring of the cap so at first I was afraid that mine was defective. Once you have it in the open position it takes a little bit of practice to get good flow of fluid out of the bottle. You want to push on the cap with your mouth not too hard or that seems to slow the flow to a trickle. If you push on it gently it will flow out at a decent clip. To really get a great flow you need to push on it with the right amount of pressure and provide mouth suction. It also took a little practice to get the motion down without banging the bottle into my front teeth.
Once you practice it enough it become easy to use. You can just pick the bottle up and drink without worrying about spills and no constant screwing or pushing up and down on the cap. I also like the surface protector. It works really well for keeping your drinking surface clean.

Hello, i'm a french fan of the site. I bought this item, but i must say it's not suitable for my 4 year old girl. She just can't drink with it. If she wants so, she must push it rather hard against her theeths, or press the cap with her two thumbs to let the water flow. Before bying i've had red such summaries and didn't believe them. I should have.

Great Product, Easy to Use

I started using the SIGG Active Bottle Tops and love them. They are easy to use - lock and unlock - and they match my bottles perfectly. While I love my SIGG bottles I didn't like the slight taste of the stainless. Now I don't notice it. One complaint is that the flip cap is loose.

I love the mechanism in the cap. With the twist and lock and stuff. Bu the flip lid itself is kinda loose and opens sometimes. Othat than that it's ok. I might have just gotten the Sports Cap with the little pull top.

This was the only Web Site I found that would sell these caps separately. The caps fit on Sigg bottles and allow you to drink while holding the bottle with one hand; yet if the bottle tips over, no water spills. Everything arrived in time as ordered.

My son really liked the active top, but it broke within a few days. His bottle fell over onto it's side while he was kneeling down packing his backpack. That was enough to break the plastic that holds the flip top on. I don't think that is nearly sturdy enough for a bottle that is meant to be used for runners, bikers and young people. The bottle is great, and now he just uses the screw top, but I wish I could get him an active top to use one handed that would last.
This review, however, is a reflection of the Sigg top only, not of Reusable Bags. I have generally found their products and service great.

So far these caps have been great. However, this is about the 3rd time I've had to replace them for our bottles. I know you are not the manufacturer and this is the first time I've ordered them from your company, but I really hope these last. It only takes a fall to the floor (and these are being used by my kids) and they crack. Maybe you can share this feedback with Sigg. I purchased them through reusablebags.com because of the low price. Good news is that it made me familiar with your products, so I will probably buy other things.

Much quicker than the regular sigg top

Much quicker than the regular sigg top. Tried to make my sigg bottle more usable. However, still not a fan of the small neck on sigg bottles. My new favorite are the laken bottles.
