The pouch for the trolley is well-constructed and easy to carry to shopping destination. The wheels are remarkably sturdy. I have two complaints: the handle is very short, so the trolley rides low to the ground. I am only 5' tall, but I had trouble using the handle; someone taller would likely find it even more difficult. Also, when the troley is full (supposed to hold up to 30 pounds), the underside rides along the sidewalk. The first one I purchased was torn to shreds on its first use until I learned (the hard way) not to pack it very full.

This is a Christmas present, so not sure how it will be liked. I really was amazed at the speed in which it arrived at my door..... and am delighted with it's looks. However, this was purchased for my 87 yr. Mother to use in her Village..... for her grocery shopping trips and also her daily trips to her laundry facilities! I LOVE THE ORANGE COLOR, and KNOW THAT SHE WILL TOO!

Does not hold up, at all. As I wrote to you in an email, the canvas on the bottom is almost shot after two 1/2 mile trips to the grocery store. I'm disappointed.

I really like the compact case within the bag

I really like the compact case within the bag. However, for somebody who lives in the city and needs to take public transportation, it is not realistic to carry up to 30 pounds on a bus. It was a bit awkward and hurt my back. I almost had to drag it and already scraped the curb and put a small hole in the bag. I will still use it but for smaller loads for only a couple of blocks. But not on the metro.

I like the idea of this trolley, but I am 5'10" tall and it is a bit uncomfortable to pull - too short. Also, the front is all ripped up from dragging on the ground at the farmer's market where I use it. I buy all my produce there and fill it quite full - maybe too full? I need another one, and will probably purchase something else, something a bit more durable. Lastly, I can't just let go of the handle when it has somthing in it as it will tip over. Learned this the hard way and was scrambling to pick up all my tomatoes before they rolled away and/or got stepped on.

This is a great bag! I bought one each for my mother and MIL for Christmas, and they both loved them! Now I'm recommending them to all my friends. Well-made and a good value. This is the perfect bag for going to the farmer's market.

I bought this trolley for use at the farmers market and have used it once so far. I buy a lot at the market and typically have to juggle multiple heavy bags full of food, all the while trying to select produce and get money out of my wallet in a crowded market. It was really awkward. This trolley has basically solved that problem. Pros: It's very handy, as it zips up into a compact packets that can be stored away easily when not in use. It's aesthetically well designed. The fabric is stiff enough that it stands up when in use - you can set it aside while you are gathering and paying for your items at each stand in the market. Cons: It's a little on the short side. I'm 5'6" and have to bend to the side just a teensy bit in order to hold the handle and pull the trolley. This got uncomfortable after while. I spent about 40 minutes rolling it around the market, probably got only half of what I usually buy, and my arms were very tired by the end. That being said, it works better than anything else I've tried and I haven't seen a better looking alternative.

This bag was not designed for short people for the use of carrying rather heavy things, such as several large bottles of water. I'm 5 foot 2 inches tall. When I pulled the bag behind me, the things inside of the bag either fell over or rolled over towards me, causing the weight shift to occur. Since the backside of the bag is not constructed with hard material, the majority of the weight was felt by my arm. So this product turned out completely useless for my intended use. I trashed it after a couple of uses. I totally agree with Margarett B.

I bought the reisenthal rolling bag to haul off my grocery from a nearby shop. I have only walked with it for 5 minutes from the store when I already noticed a rip from the bottom part. I returned it asap. The idea is good but the material should be more durable.

I am extremely disappointed with this product, and I can't believe all the positive reviews here. The very first time I used this, I filled it about halfway with groceries, and walked home. The wheels were fine, but, the fabric on the front of the trolley dragged along the ground (because there is no internal frame or support), and two dime-sized holes appeared instantly in the fabric. The manufacturer needs to insert some internal support there, AND reinforce the fabric on the lower front end to prevent this.
I'm going to find a shopping trolley that has a frame for the future...
