I have a "love & hate" relationship with this bag. I disklike the fact that the bag sheds to the point where I can't wear certain things with it. I like the bag because it's useful for anything while doing it's part to keep our environment clean: it's whole purpse.

This bag is perfect for picking up a few things at the supermarket. Well-contructed and durable. I wish you guys made bags big enough to fit in a shoppng cart.

My hemp bag HSB4 has been useful, durable, superior to the ones I see in grocery stores and health food stores, and several people have told me in stores how nice it is. I use it to hold fruits, vegetables, or other shopping items. The odor or scent of the bag is novel to me but very distinctive. No one has complained to me about it.

Bag looked nice, but had a bit of an odor that I have not experienced with other hemp products. I am going to try and wash it to see if the smell disipates. It is something of a jute smell, but very strong.

I was very disappointed when I received my Hemp tote bag. I had read all the reviews before purchasing and thought I had made a good decision. I received the item very quickly and it was nicely packed when the package arrived. Unfortunately, the tote bags smelled like cow manure, not like freshly cut grass as another reviewer had indicated. They smelled so bad I had to put them outside. I tried to wash them, it did remove part of the smell but then it caused them to shed so you couldn't even hold the bags near your clothing or you were covered with lint.

These bags are very durable and fit a lot of groceries. I bought six, and they're large enough to fit everything for my bi-weekly trip to the grocery store. I also love the long handles. I can slip all the bags over my shoulders to make carrying stuff inside easier. Great bags!

For Christmas, my sister-in-law wanted to do "green"... so I made her a scarf with a beaded fringe, earrings to match, and mittens. I wrapped them in a Christmas dish towel and put them in one of your bags. Similarly her husband's was also 'wrapped" in one of your bags. They were thrilled. I had bought enough for my husband and I also to have 2 each. My husband loves them because he can put them in his pocket going into a hardware store and then pull them out at checkout and use them instead of plastic. I've used mine at the grocery store. They are sturdy and I'm very happy I bought them.

I used these hemp totes as holiday gift bags and they were a hit. I've been "preaching" about bringing your own bags to my friends and family so this gave me an opportunity to put my money where my mouth is. These bags are neutral enough in color and style that they work for a man or a woman and they have a pleasing texture that makes them a little more interesting than a plain canvas bag. I am very impressed with the value and quality of this product and will undoubtedly order more this year for birthdays and thank you gifts as well as a few more for myself.

I LOVE the hemp shopping bags. I purchased 4 and keep 3 in my car and my husband carries one since I do most of the shopping. They are very sturdy and hold lots of stuff. I feel really good about not using paper or plastic bags anymore. With the 4 i got from you and the 4 canvas bags I already had I don't need to use store bags anymore. I use them for other shopping too besides groceries. I was in the market the other day and had the bags sitting in the child seat and a woman stopped me to ask where I had gotten them. I gave her your website so hope she ordered them as well. Check out clerks ask about them too. Great produce and I feel I'm doing a small part to eliminate plastic. I love the little bumper sticker too. I put it on my car!
