This is a pretty nice bottle. I like how it has a key ring type thing to hold on to or attach to something else. The one problem I have with it is that sometimes, when you open it up, it will spray out liquid. I think it's the elevation change, so just be careful of that. Also, since the straw isn't actually connected to the top nozzle, when you are putting the nozzle up, if you have the bottle at an angle, it can let liquid out before you have the nozzle all the way up. Overall, a nice bottle.

The Nathan Sports steel bottle have become our favorite water bottle because it is stainless steel, dishwasher safe, and have a flip straw, but they are not \"perfect.\" Since these bottles are not doubled walled or insulated in any manner at all the fluid gets warm really fast so may be the decision makers at Nathan Sports did make the right call. Note: Nathan Sports does have two kinds of insulators available for the bottles (1) a sling type carry bag and (2) a sleeve.

For the price of this water bottle I was expecting better quality. The top leaks and it's hard to suck the water out.

Not worth the money. I like the look, but the straw leaks. When I open the straw to drink the water shoots out. I'm very happy with all my other orders!!!!

I thought I'd found the perfect bottle with the straw, flip top, etc., until it started squirting water all over me when I opened the flip top! I think I've figured out why: when the bottle touches something warm, or the water inside warms up (like when you get in the car and put it in the hot cup holder), pressure builds up and forces the water up through the straw. And then, like another reviewer said you get a little pool of water that continues to leak. So yeah -- it's not the best design. I'll keep it for a back-up, but I'm going back to Kleen Kanteen for my everyday bottle!

I have been looking for the "perfect" water bottle for awhile, and I think I found it. I really am happy with the Nathan bottle. I love the flip straw so I don't have to keep opening the cap to take a drink and the water tates great.

I have been waiting for someone to come out with this kind of top. I love my Klean Kanteen bottles, but the constant screwing and unscrewing is a pain...and the sports tops are just not for me. Nathan has hit the nail on the head with this design. It is a good size for carrying around, however I usually have to refill it a few times during the day. You can use the neoprene cozies they sell on this site, that fit great and keeps the drink cold longer. I was pleasantly suprised to receive 3 extra straws in the package. I thought that was a great addition, because I imagine those straws do get worn out and lost after a while. The mouthpiece is made of a very soft squishy straw, and I have to keep my 6-year-old away from it because I know he will chew it if he uses my bottle. I'm wondering what I will do when that part wears out, and I know it will. I did notice that if you have cold water in the bottle or you are outside where it is cold, then go into a very warm heated room, the temperature change causes the air pressure in the bottle to spurt water from the straw the first time you open it. However, this has only happened to me once, and it was a pretty big temperature change, so I think this is pretty rare. Not a big problem. All in all, it's a great product and I am very pleased.

I LOVE THIS BOTTLE! Love the wide mouth - easier to clean and "see" than the narrow top bottles. Also Love the straw feature. Great while driving; plus, I'm a massage therapist and now I can take a quick sip if I need to while I'm working w/o touching the bottle - cool! No leaking problems at all! A larger size would be nice, but all in all, I think I finally found my perfect water bottle :) And it's great looking, too!

I've only used this one time and I liked it. I usually take a 40 oz. Klean Kanteen to work and pour the water into a glass. I bought this Nathan 24 oz. bottle to use in the car or on a bicycle when I can't easily screw the lid on and off. It worked just like I had hoped. Very nice!

I am happy with this water bottle. There are two main reasons that I chose this bottle over the other stainless steel bottles, and I am satisfied for both reasons. First, I dislike that most stainless steel bottles have a very narrow top, making it almost impossible to get a sponge inside or see how well you are cleaning. This one has a nice wide top (basically the width of the bottle) so there is no problem. Second, it seemed like most stainless steel bottles don't have an athletic flip straw top like this one does (or, the ones that did had horrible reviews about how annoying it was to sip out of them). The straw is great and very easy to sip from. The only think that is missing is an alternative cap for when I do not need the flip straw. One other note: I orginally bought two of these, one arrived in perfect shape, but the other arrived with rust-like specks all over the inside. I am not sure if it was rust, but it sure looked like it, and this is supposed to be stainless steel! I returned it and reusable bags gave me the exchange.

I like the fact that this bottle is 24 oz. This size is hard to find but I am not very satisfied with the quality of this product. Still waiting for a replacement bottle to see if that one is any better.

I love the size of these bottles, but the top keeps leaking. It's not the seal... it's the flip top. Sometimes when I pick it up to drink from (doesn't matter if it's already flipped open or not) the drink inside splashes up and out. Quite a bit of it! I can't figure out why it does this as there is a straw attached to it. Also the liquid settles around the base of the flip thingy and drains off into my lap when I tip it to drink.
