I love the shopping bags, but was a little disappointed by the produce bags. While great for a farmer's market, they're not that practical for the grocery store since you can't see what's in them - I thought they were going to be mesh or lighter weight.

These bags are good for the price. Like others, I thought the bag would have a flat bottom when opened, like a paper grocery bag. It does not, and so that makes packing it a little bit difficult. I've got some sewing skills though, so I'm going to try adding a seam across the sides to force it to have a flat bottom. Another note: these bags will shrink, so be careful. We didn't pay attention to this and threw them in with our regular laundry. But we still like using them as opposed to getting a bunch of plastic bags. The produce bags were huge! Way too big for me and my fiance; we don't eat that much, even when we do buy a lot of produce. Also, you can't see through them, so this makes it difficult for the cashier at the checkout.

These bags are great! The variety is perfect for a trip to the grocery store. The produce bags are bigger than I expected but they will hold a lot of larger vegetables. A great value for the price!

The bags overall are great. I love the choice of using the long or short handle bags. The mesh produce bags were not at all what I expected. They really aren't mesh, so you can't see what's inside. I actually haven't even used them. So, I could have done without the produce bags, but the handled bags are awesome! Thank you!

Ordered this set a few weeks ago. They're great! I bring a couple with me when I go out, just in case I end up purchasing something--very handy. Used it for the first time today for groceries. Were very durable! One bag held a gallon of milk and 3 quarts of orange juice with no problem! The long handles made it even easier to carry over the shoulder while I used the short handled ones for the fruits and veggies. Very pleased with this set!

I love these bags. It is a great feeling to know that you are doing your part to save the world. Aside from that the bags are spacious and durable. The checkout people always love them and ask where I got them. The produce bags I use when I get rolls at the bakery, perfect for a dozen. BYOB!!!!

I like the long and short handled bags that we purchased for our employees to assist them in their own efforts to go "green". However, the smaller vegetable/fruit "mesh" bags that were noted as part of the "set", weren't really "mesh" as in more of a netting type of fabric, but was the same cotton tight-woven fabric as the other bags. Either a bit misleading (unintended I am sure) or the wrong "mesh" bag was shipped. One of the bag styles says wash in warm water, the other says wash in cold water. Probably should have the same wash temperature for both. I would hate to shrink one of the bags by mistake. I'd like to see a larger bag that is more of a flat-woven fabric, a little stiffer, that would be more of a stand-up type when you place it in the trunk of your car. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the whole transaction. Shipping was very fast and easy.

I recently purchased the organic cotton tote bags (8) to eliminate the need for paper or plastic bags in our house. Ordering was very simple from reusable bags and the shipment was received in a timely fashion. The product itself seems to be exactly what I was looking for, light weight but durable. I have not laundered them yet so I can't comment on the duarability of the cotton. However, I will recommend them to others along with this company. Sincerely, Kathryn W.

I like the short-handled bags and the produce bags. I'm less crazy about the long-handled bags; the long handles are sort of unwieldy. I also wish that both the short-handled and long-handled bags opened at the bottom, that is, had a base like an old-fashioned brown bag. They would hold a lot more if they were designed to be wider in this way. But overall, for the price, I'm pretty happy.

This is a pretty okay set. I couldn't get all my groceries in, even for just 2 people, and they don't fold out on the bottom as I expected they would. Still, they are sturdy and easy to carry. BUT the produce bags are to die for. I LOVE THEM and this comes with so many, I am considering sharing with friends because it's such an easy way to cut down on bags! ABSOLUTELY GET SOME OF THESE!!!

I recently purchased a set of Lightweight Organic Cotton Shopping Bags. They are very study and easy to fold and can tuck away in your car so that they are always accessible when grocery shopping. A great value too because you get 4 handle bags and 4 drawstring produce bags! I liked them so much I bought a set for a friend!
