I love this mug/cup. It's such a simple design - but looks great & works great. I haven't had any problems with it getting too hot; I microwave the cup (w/ silicone grip on, full of water) for 2 1/2 min to make hot tea, and the silicone grip is always comfortable. The silicone top fits on nicely, easy on & easy off, but pretty securely on when in place. It's weight keeps it from tipping over if it's bumped. The only thing I can think of to improve would be to make the lid brown or black - tea stains will probably discolor this white one over time. But I'd by this again in a heartbeat; I ordered 4 the first time around & am glad I did - they made great christmas gifts & am keeping 2 for myself. Love it!!

I love this cup! It has a well-fitting lid that helps keep a beverage warm, is easy to clean, fits in most standard cup holders, and is microwave and dishwasher safe. It gets hot, so always use with silicone sleeve in place. Follow cleaning instructions that come with the cup to remove any discoloration the lid can take on from dark beverages.

Just got this in the mail yesterday, and tried it out this morning. It kept my tea warm all the way in to work! And this is the first travel cup I've gotten that I've been able to use in the microwave; so convenient! Also, this is the first travel cup that hasn't leaked in one way or another! Some people complain about the smell of the silicone lid, but the smell isn't that strong to me, and it seems like it might come out with a few cycles through the dishwasher. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

I love this cup! The feel of the cup in my hands, the improved taste of my tea compared to plastic or styrofoam cups, heat retention and feeling "greener" are all pluses. I ordered several--two to keep (in case I forget one at work) and two to give as gifts. A great product that makes a great gift.

I received this cup as an early Christmas gift and I am loving it so much. It has a nice heft to it - pleasantly haavy, but not overly so. The lid is silicone and not smelly at all as another reviewer complained. The silicone sleeve insulates so well while still allowing just a bit of warmth through, which is nice. I am very happy with this cup and have received a bunch of compliments on it.

This mug is the best! It's the perfect size for taking coffee to work and makes homemade lattes seem luxurious. It's very easy to wash and is not as heavy or cumbersome as other similar products. Most importantly, it saves numerous paper cups, sleeves and lids from going in the trash everyday!

I wanted to find a microwaveable coffee cup that would fit my car cupholder. I have been using the same plastic insulated mug to heat and transport my coffee for well over ten years. I wanted to get away from plastic (and I needed a change!). This ceramic mug with the cool silicone sleeve fits the bill perfectly. I especially like the silicone lid.

I needed a coffee cup to take in the car, so this is perfect. Great size - and coffee shops give me a discount if I bring it in. Much easier to clean than the metal to-go containers I'd used before.

I love how this mug looks just like the usual paper cup you get at coffeehouses. I've taken mine to local coffee shops and so far, they've been happy to fill it up and charge me for a medium. I have to warn you, this cup gets hot! Even with the sleeve, I've had to wait a bit to really hold it or use my sweater sleeve for some extra protection.

This reusable cup is just what I've been looking for! I can still feel the warmth of my drink as you can with a paper cup. It's true - you MUST use the silicone grip because the single-walled porcelin is very very hot by itself. The lid does have a bit of an odor that I'm hoping will fade with time. But otherwise I'm very very happy to have found this at such a great price!
