We've been getting really good at eliminating shopping bags, but were still bringing home lots of produce bags. These bags have really helped us start cutting into that problem. They are very sturdy. We bought small and large ones and have been using them for apples, oranges, grapefruit, lemons and limes, broccoli, and carrots. We still need plastic for things like asparagus, but are happy to have cut bags significantly. We live in funky Boulder, where no cashier would dare complain about a customer using a reusable bag. In fact, I've only heard "Where did you get those? I definitely want some."

This is the second time I ordered bags and I love the fact they are made with organic cotton -so there is no footprint there. I would like to see another size a little smaller than the small one already provided. It is very useful- and this should be mentioned on the site- that the weight of the bag is sewn into the bag so the cashier can subtract that from the weight of the fruit or vegie. I didn't realize that at first but it is something to take into consideration! Thanks to Reuseable Bags for an important contribution to a greener earth!

Bought this as a gift and for myself. For produce purchases, I actually prefer this one to the organic muslin bags. Items are easier to see and the netting makes the bag strong but lightweight.

My sister and I went shopping one day and I saw her using these bags in the supermarket. She let me use one and I really liked it. For years I have tried to avoid using plastic when buying produce, but even at the farmer's market, when I bring my own reusable bags, the farmers stick the produce in plastic before I can say "No plastic, please!" For my birthday, my sister gave me a very generous gift certificate for Reusable Bags and one of the products I bought was 10 of these bags, 5 of each size. Now, I will use them often and will give them as gifts to practice what I preach - No plastic, please!

I like using the net bags for produce. Check-out however isn't that pleased. A more open mesh would make it easier to read the tags/stickers on produce. I will continue to use them however. They have eliminated a huge number of plastic produce bags. Good product and I intend to buy more

Overall, I think the product is really good. I wonder if the holes could be a little larger so the cashier could see the items inside without opening the bag?

I really like the produce bags, they are easy to use and help me avoid using the plastic ones in the stores. I have four of them and I put them with all my reusable shopping bags when I go shopping. It was really pleasing to see the baggers at the grocery store use the ones that don't have produce in them for other items if they ran out of the reusable bags when bagging my groceries thereby eliminating the use of a plastic bag.

Love these nifty little bags! I keep them with my cloth shopping bags and take them to the market, eliminating the need for plastic altogether. The vendors love them too, some even offer to deduct a few ounces from the weight of the produce. (I don't let them, but it's a sweet offer!) So glad I ordered these bags.

I love these bags - so glad to replace all those plastic produce bags. I keep them in a shopping bag by the door so I can grab them on my way out to the farmer's market or grocery store.

These are perfect, lightweight and easily washed. I have had some for years and use them for produce at thegrocery store, coop and buying club, sending quick snacks to school and other odds and ends that I need to keep handy. They are also great to corral projects like knitting and quilting--the projects stay clean and in order and I can still see what's in them. More than a few gifts have also been given in these inexpensive little gift bags!

Great for filling with produce at your grocery store or farmer's market. So much better than the countless plastic ones and then easy to transfer to reusable storage containers in your fridge. It would be very helpful, however, for the manufacturer to mark the different sizes with color-coded cords, it would make choosing the right size from a pile so much easier.
