Buy the set, you will end up wanting more. Keep one in every jacket or coat pocket, purse, back pack, brief case, gym bag, travel luggage, office drawer. Great any time gift item. Give it to your mom, dad, brother, sister, teenager, friend, colleague, boss, neighbor.

LOVE these bags. This is my second set as I thought I had lost a couple that I've been using for over a year -- found those so now I've got plenty. These bags are very sturdy and hold a lot. I sometimes have to convince the bagger at the grocery store that he really can put everything into one bag! They are very easy to repack into their little pouches and toss into glove compartment, purse or pocket. Highly recommended.

I really like these bags! They are surprisingly strong, and very compact. I just throw them in my purse without even putting them in the little pouch. I use one as a lunch bag everyday too! Excellent product, well worth a few extra bucks to not buy the cheapy ones available at stores!

You have no idea exactly what my love for these entail, but they are magnificent. We bought ours a year ago (3 of them, just to see what they were like) and I want more! The color doesn\'t fade, and holy crap you can fit a lot of stuff in there! They look sharp as well. I like them because they are durable, they have so far suffered through a lot of wear and tear, and are very environmentally friendly. We\'ve used them from everything from an impromptu lunch bag, transport from one person\'s house to another, moving stuff, buying things from Sam\'s club (serious, these are so nice for some of the smaller things there or the produce there), and of course the grocer. I\'m going to be hitting up the farmer\'s market here in a bit once I get off the interwebs with them. When we first got them, we were kind of reluctant to take them anywhere but to whole foods and got some weird looks from the cashiers when we said we brought our own bags. (We live in Cincinnati) But now since suddenly out of the blue, Cincinnati has figured out that this is a good thing, I feel much better about taking them with us. I only have issues with folding them back into the little pouch, it looks like it\'s simple, but at times, it\'s much like a rubik\'s cube.

I love the ACME Workhorse 1500 bags. They made it onto my "favorite things" list and I handed them out to my girlfriends and in-laws this Christmas. I'll never have to say, "I left my bags in my car" at the checkout counter again! I would give them a perfect rating if it weren't for the short handles. Even though I tell the grocery baggers that the bags fit over the bag stand handles, they rarely put them on the bag stand anyway, so why not make the handles longer so I can carry them over my shoulder? I could carry the bags and fish around for my car keys at the same time. That would be the ultimate!

I've used these bags about 3 days a week and didn't show signs of wear until after 3 years. They're really easy to fold up into itself, so it's great to keep them in your car or pockets. They're really worth the price.

The idea of reusable bags sounded great, but since these actually fit in my purse, that makes them not only great bags, but they end up being used all of the time! I just flip out the number of bags that will be needed when I get in line, so the bags go through with my groceries. They are also easy to squish back into their little storage bags, and then I just throw them back into my purse! Great! I gave some to my children for Christmas this year and then I bought some extras to keep at home, as non-disposable wrapping paper.

Great little bags. Folds up into an attached pouch for easy and compact storage. Bought these as an accessory to our camera bag (for all the little pieces that don't fit in the bag). The small size and light weight make it easy to tuck into the camera bag or into my purse. They are still new so I cannot comment on how well they will hold up to use yet.

These bags are great, but they will hold more weight than is good for their wear and tear. My new plan: offer more bags to the store bagger so that they don't put so much weight in them. Otherwise they will tear around the edges after a year or so of use! Love the compact nature and fun colors. Also, love the washability. Baggers always want to use plastic for meat and wet produce, but I can say "no, that is NOT necessary, the bags are washable"! :)

The name is true to character. These are great, tough bags and I like them so much I bought more. Can hold a lot both in volume and weight. And I love how compact they stow away in their little attached pouches! Perfect. Love them!

We use them for EVERYTHING. I have used them for groceries, travel bags for the kids, to carry library books I have even used them when we moved; I packed up stuff that didn't make it into boxes. And to drag our everyday stuff around while we were stuck in temp housing (military). I was shocked at how durable they are; I thought that they wouldn't hold up well after a few washes but I was pleasantly surprised. The come out of the wash soft and still very hefty. I highly recommend the Acme workhorse bag and definitely recommend getting a couple of them because you are going to find yourself using them for everything! =D

The ACME Workhorse bags are even better than I expected. They fold down to a tiny size but seem stronger than any other nylon reusable bags that I have used. I must confess that the fact that matching set is a very nice color seems to be helping me to remember to bring more than one bag at a time - enabling me to avoid a single disposable bag since my new ones arrived. Thanks!

i got one of these bags as a free gift on an order from here and i absolutely loved it. light and small to fit in my purse and always have a shopping bag when i need one. unless i'm going grocery shopping i usually forget to take my reusable bags. this fixed that problem. i loved it so much i bought one for every nurse that i work with as a christmas gift, and they all love them too!
