Perfect for the short trips to the grocery store for a few items like a gallon of milk and a couple of other things. Plus, the bag is partially made of recycled plastic, so that's another plus. Definitely handy.

Acme bags recycled PET workhorse is a great product, light and folds small enough to fit two in my small purse! My mother even likes them and she thought buying a reusable shopping bag wasn't a very good idea...untill she tried this one!

Very pleased with these bags. They're the same size as the typical plastic grocery store bag, but much stronger so you can really load them up. The handles are nice and wide too, so they don't cut into your fingers the way the bags from the grocery store do. Folding them back into the built-in pouch is a snap.

I love these bags! They fold up compact enough to fit in my coat pocket and hold a lot more than I expected once unfolded. Good-sized handles make it easy to carry and the bag seems self supporting; it's shaped so that the contents dont't easily fall out of the bag once the bag is set down. Very sturdy; I'd definitely recommend them to others!

Great bags. Love how compact they get - you can toss in pockets or purses so they are always handy. The material is quite sturdy and very durable so you can load it up and go.

These are a perfect replacement to standard plastic grocery bags. They are about the same size (just a little larger) and have the same style handles. This makes them easy to load at the grocery store by putting them on the racks. The pouch keeps the bag small and out of the way in a larger purse or tote but the bag holds quite a bit when opened. I got two of these so my fiance and I could each keep one in our messenger bags for those after-work or last minute errands. He liked the style and the color selections - makes it not seem like a "girly tote bag" but more like a regular bag (many stores in our area of NYC use black plastic bags). This bag is a great way to cut down on those plastic bags that you accumulate from just popping in a store to pick up one or two things. I also really like that this bag is made from recycled materials.

I had purchased a number of these bags while they were on sale, and gave them to my coworkers at Christmas. For me, it was a WONDERFUL gift to see their absolute delight in receiving these bags, and to know that I've made at least 35 more people a little more aware of how important the use of these bags are to the environment. I carry about 3 or 4 bags (in their ingenious pouch) in my purse at all times; (I love this feature about them, as I'm always leaving my other bags in my car). I also appreciate how sturdy these bags are: other recyclable bags have often ripped apart after very little use. These bags will faithfully provide dependable service for a long time.

The bag is great. A little smaller than expected. It is about the same size of the plastic bags at the stores but can hold more. It's wonderful how it folds up. Easy to remember, just throw it in your car to keep and then into your diaper bag, purse etc. I could never remember the other ones. Cashier commented on how it was nice that they fit on their carousal, even asked where I got them!
I only wish the bag was a little bigger. I prefer this bag to the chico, easier to to "unroll" and looks nicer.

I LOVE these bags. I found a few of the standard PET Workshop bags in a store and was so pleased with the compactness and strength of the bag that I ordered more online as stocking stuffers. It was then that I discovered that they had a version made entirely from recycled materials, which is fantastic. The only drawback to the recycled version is that it is a little bulkier than its new-material counterpart. Maybe Acme will be able to shrink it down in the next generation.
