Based on the best-selling Workhorse 1500 design, these silicone-coated rip-stop nylon bags are the strongest lightweight reusable shopping bags we’ve seen. Not only does each bag stuff into its own tiny pouch, but the whole set fits into one small stuff sack, which means you can toss it in your glove compartment, purse or just carry it in your coat pocket.

Design & Functionality
Just like the original ACME Bags™ Workhorse 1500, our silicone-coated Workhorses have a truly innovative feature – four full-sized bags fit inside a small stuff sack, for convenience and portability. Silicone-coated rip-stop nylon is tough enough to carry a heavy load. Even lighter than the original, each bag weighs a mere 1.3 ounces, but opens into a full-sized, heavy-duty carrier that holds over 30 lbs. The full set can hold more than 120 lbs in all. The handy drawstring pouch can be hung on the door, stashed in the car or purse – so the bags are nearly impossible to forget.

Materials
We work with trusted mills that develop materials for some of the best brands in the industry. Made with 30 denier silicone-coated nylon, considered the gold standard by the outdoor industry to make tents and other outdoor equipment. The silicone coating transforms a lightweight material into something far stronger.
