we can to clear up an issue that's left many customers, and us, feeling

 The Times' style section highlighted ACME Bags Recycled PET Medium Thermal Lunch Bag in its Physical Culture Gear Test for wine chillers. Voters reject one bag fee, pass another
We were disappointed to hear the news that Seattle's 20-cent bag fee didn't pass. However, the final tally showed 46 percent of voters favored the fee, which is pretty huge and shows that bag fees represent a smart, market-based solution.
